Responsibilities:
Human Resource
To assists HR Manager on plans, organizes, and controls the personnel activities of the organization. Formulates recruitment, manpower development and training, wage and salary administration, employee benefits, labour relations & health/safety programs and procedures.
- Full cycle of Recruitment / Employment / Orientation / Resignation / Training Matters
- All Immigration related matters
- Payroll / Income / Tax Clearance / CPF Computations Matters
- Staff Appraisal
- Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Administration
To assists HR Manager on plans, organizes, and controls the internal administration of an organization and participates in formulating the administrative policies of the organization. Devises procedures for ensuring the adequacy of information and communication channels within the company and initiates studies of the organization, including work methods. May ensure that the legal and statutory requirements of the company are met and furnishes statements on these subjects as required. Negotiates and deals with suppliers/vendors of business services such as office equipment and insurance, etc.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR / Administration Management
