Primary
Environmental, Social and Governance Sustainability
· External - Work with Customers to establish WEO ESG targets
· Internal – Lead and work with WEO site representatives to sustain ESG targets
· Provide interval updates on Sustainability performances
Quality & Environmental Management System
· Lead the implementation of EMS requirements to achieve ISO 14001 certification
at China and Malaysia Production facilities
· Establish procedures/work instructions relevant to EMS Compliance
· Sustain and improve the established ISO 9001 QMS
· Coordinate the Internal audit process to ensure the QEMS is ready for external audits
· Assist the Management representative to coordinate, host and clear external audits
· Assist the Management representative on Management review and Business Continuity processes
Secondary
· Track & ensure timely calibration/preventive maintenance of tools & equipment
· Coordinate customer requests on compliance matters such as RoHS/REACH/CMRT declarations
· Conduct New Hire Orientation on QMS/EMS & Document Control best practices
· Conduct Quality and Environment themed awareness training sessions
EXPERIENCE:
· 5 years related experience in a manufacturing setup
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Relevant Diploma or Degree
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to converse in English / Malay / Chinese language
· Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Able to use Microsoft Outlook for email communication (English or Mandarin)
· ISO 9001 internal auditor trained
· ISO 14001 internal auditor trained
