Job Scope:
- Provide sales support to sales team
- Respond & process incoming enquires & orders
- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with their queries.
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, etc
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least minimum Diploma level preferably with 2 years relevant working experience or equivalent
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
