Customer Service Executive

Job Scope:

  • Provide sales support to sales team
  • Respond & process incoming enquires & orders
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with their queries.
  • Prepare sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, etc
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least minimum Diploma level preferably with 2 years relevant working experience or equivalent
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detai
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
