Job Description
- Financial Operations Management
- Timely and accurate closure of production orders.
- Responsible for inventory and fixed asset management.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare relevant balance sheet and profit & loss schedules.
- Ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with FRS.
- Month-end close process, including journal entry preparations, balance sheet reconciliations, and analytics.
- Accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
- Compile and analyse financial information for monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Tax and Compliance
- Support in preparation of tax schedules for filing.
- Responsible for annual statutory audit preparation, ensuring compliance with local government regulations.
- Prepare and maintain subsidiary company accounts.
- Forecasting and Cash Management
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecast reports.
- General Responsibilities
- Ensure financial records are maintained according to accepted policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience
- 3 to 5 years in general accounting roles, including full sets of accounts, financial analysis, and cash management.
- Preferably 2 years of audit and tax experience.
- Education and Certification
o Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SAP B1.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and preferably Advanced Excel.
