Technical Consultant
This position aims to collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements for banking applications, crafting and executing solutions, and assuming responsibility for addressing day-to-day system challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire solution lifecycle, encompassing coding/development, unit testing, UAT support, results validation, and production implementation.
- Engage with diverse business users including Bankers, Traders, Finance, Risk, Capital Market, and Operations to comprehend their needs and processes, culminating in the production of precise requirement specifications.
- Drive system enhancements, implement code changes, and ensure timely and smooth execution.
- Coordinate with vendors on projects and issues as required.
- Offer ongoing application support to users for seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
- Display a highly positive attitude, self-driven nature, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.
- Exhibit meticulousness, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as .Net Development and Python Development, Microsoft BI solutions, and familiarity with Data ETL, SQL, Hive, and data presentation.
- Work experience in banking domain and financial products is beneficial
