Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct research on various topics as required by the employer, summarizing findings and presenting relevant information.
- Handle personal tasks and errands, such as shopping, reservations, and other responsibilities to support the employer's personal life.
- Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure completion and provide regular updates on task status.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Personality: Professionalism, Good adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to details
