Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Introductory to company's standard operating procedures, warehouse layout and logistic systems
2. Managing inventory effectively, including processes for receiving, storing, picking, and packing items. This involve using inventory management software and systems
3. Learning proper techniques for handling various types of materials, including heavy and fragile items
4. Learning how to secure loads on vehicles to prevent shifting or falling during transport
5. Familarise with Singapore route using GPS and navigation app to optimize delivery times and minimize errors
6. Training on how to handle inquiries and complaint and provide excellent customer service
7. Documenting vehicle inspections, delivery orders, and other essential information
