Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Assist Accounts Department in daily operations.
· Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers.
· Weekly reconciliation of e-commerce sales
· Act as a liaison between staff and outsource IT department relating to IT services and issues logging.
· Organise and file daily/monthly documents.
· Follow-up on the renewal of supplier contracts and agreements.
· Management of inventory and issuing of sales invoices.
· Maintain Price list.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma
· At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
· Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Proficient in MS Word & Excel
· Entry level with the right attitude are welcome
You are required to work 1 Saturdays per month (9:30am am to 12:30 pm)
Working hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm
