Job Responsibilities:
- Greets all guests at all times and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity
- Engage with guests to build warm relationships, anticipating their needs whenever possible and creating opportunities for Cousu Main moments.
- Ensure the pool deck is swept and that all furniture is in the correct place, when setting up in the morning.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of changing room, pool and gym including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, replenishing towels and cleaning/arranging of gym equipment
- Identify and report defects, hazards and injuries throughout the pool and gym,
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of resuscitation, first aide, and CPR/PR techniques.
- Provide the food & beverage serving for the guests in Club Millesime (When require) and at Poolside
- Assist Guest Experience team in delivering Welcome Amenities to ALL Elite and VIP guests (When require)
- Assist Guest Experience Executive in ensuring all guest requests are efficiently delegated.
- Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested.
- Assist Guest Experience Executive in ensuring all guest requests are efficiently delegated.
- Assist in Activities host by Hotel within the Pool and Gym area.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Ensure neat, clean and functionally operating department at all times.
- Manage the Hotel’s assets in all areas to protect their long term investment value.
- Maintain a register of all service equipment maintenance and breakages; ensure that regular programmed maintenance is carried out to manufacturers’ specifications.
- Report any loss or damage to Hotel, guests or ambassador assets on the appropriate incident report form.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to company internet and email policy
- Ensure hotel, guest and ambassador information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
