Job Description
• Check that application forms received are completed and correctly filled in by customers
• Validate information in application forms against travel documents to ensure bio data are correct and follow up with customers for more documents
• Handle email enquiries, including refunding requests within service levels
• Involve in system testing, filing and documentation of SOPs
Job Requirement
Proficient in MS Office
Well spoken and written in English
Physically fit to work
Past admin experience is a bonus!!
Salary: Up to $2100
Contract duration: 3 to 12 months
Working Hours:
- Mon - Thurs, 830am - 6pm
- Fri, 830am - 530pm
