Sales Engagement and Conversion
- Collaborating with Relationship Managers to meet the targeted number of referrals and conversions.
- Conducting regular training sessions, workshops, and case studies to educate Relationship Managers on product knowledge, insurance propositions/pitches, processes, and the introduction of new ideas.
- Generating ideas and implementing action plans to enhance sales activity and address other pertinent financial drivers.
This role is well-suited for individuals currently situated in the offshore sector or those seeking a transition within the offshore banking segment. Ideally, candidates should possess 4-6 years of banking experience, with a specific emphasis on High Net Worth (HNW) clients and UL products.
