Role Objective and Background:
Our client is a large Indian Real Estate Company, looking to market their residential portfolio to potential buyers in the SEA/APAC market. They are looking to hire a Regional Sales Lead to generate Non Resident Indian(NRI) business from Singapore & APAC market by developing relationship with customers, channel partners and financial institutions.
Job Description:
- To generate new prospects from Singapore & other APAC regions through referral / channel partners / digital marketing and BTL.
- Visit and meet potential customers to understand customer needs
- Achieve booking value
- Responsible for NPS of Singapore customers
- Develop and maintain relationship with Channel Partners
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- The position will report to Head of NRI Sales
- Work in coordination with Head office till the possession of Apartment/ Villa / Plot is over for collection & agreement and any customer requirement.
- Achieve Sales BV target in launches/activations & sustenance projects through Singapore & other APAC markets.
- Develop CP Vertical in Singapore & other APAC markets.
- Influence Domestic CPs & other International Market CPs to invest in Singapore & other APAC markets.
- Handle customer requirements till handover in coordination with the CRM team at the corporate office
- Focus on generating loyalty/referrals from the existing customers in Singapore/APAC markets.
- Prepare strategy/plan for NRI business in Singapore & other APAC markets.
Total Experience - Minimum 3 years.
