- Ensure the Health Campaign booth is manned at all times
- Providing assisted enrolment to patients:
- Guiding patients to enrol through the app for patients with Singpass
- Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
- On-boarding patients to the Health Campaign , including booking of Health Plan related appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments).
- Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for Health Campaign related visits
- Answering patients’ queries with regards to the Health Campaign
- Collecting of Enrolment data
- Monitoring the stock level and topping up Health Campaign related collaterals
- Any other matters assigned by the operations manager/operations executive at the clinic, or head office operations team.
Requirements:
- Min GCE A'Level or Diploma in any discipline
- No experience required - on job training provided
