Job Description & RequirementsWe are seeking a Premises management executive to join our fast-growing Food and Beverage Group. The Group comprises 21 brands across more than 150 outlets with self-curated food atriums, hawker stalls, local quick service restaurants, and international fast food chain outlets.
The Role
Involved in project management in all aspects such as coordination, budgeting, and handling of necessary submissions to relevant authorities/ landlords, etc.
Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets, and delivery schedules.
Attend site meetings and inspections with suppliers and subcontractors.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
