Job Description
- Working closely with project management team to initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
- Assist in maintaining established BIM standards and workflow.
- Prepare design and construction documentation.
- Coordinate and liaise with project / construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines
- Handle project coordination.
- Able to use BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architecture/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical), & etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- A recognized Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD software, well-versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools.
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful and independent
- Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes.
