My client is a MNC in construction industry is hiring an Architectural Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural team, providing guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and review architectural plans and specifications for semiconductor facilities, focusing on cleanroom design and layout.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to semiconductor construction.
- Create and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses, and making cost-effective decisions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time project delivery.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards in architectural design and construction.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to address design discrepancies and construction issues.
- Identify and select qualified contractors, architects, and subcontractors.
- Oversee contractor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to meet project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure safety protocols and environmental considerations are adhered to throughout the project.
- Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ensure that all permits and approvals are obtained and maintained.
- Mentor and guide architectural team members, promoting their professional growth and skills development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in semiconductor construction, with a focus on architectural design and management.
- Profound knowledge of cleanroom design, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and facility requirements.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and codes related to construction and semiconductor facilities.
