Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales, account growth, plans and strategies in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and designated countries.
- Proactively creating new business opportunities with new and existing customers through corporate presentation.
- Provide first line technical support to distributors and customers of which providing technical or application knowledge and answering on technical questions to customers.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction and good customer relationships by ensuring the timely satisfaction of customers' needs and complaints in a professional manner.
- Execute market research and surveys, monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
- Ensure all orders are being delivered on time.
- Preparation of various reports. Eg, sales budget, monthly sales estimation and customers visiting reports.
- Liaise with accounts department about the payment collections and payment related transactions.
- Provide after-sales support. Eg, following up customers' feedback.
Requirements
- Candidates must have the knowledge of Chemistry.
- Minimum 3 years of chemical sales experience in Food Ingredients business.
- Salary depending on working experience and background.
- Able to travel to overseas to visit customers.
- Energetic, self-motivated and perseverance.
- Team Player.
