- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, objectives, and targets aligned with the company's overall goals. They analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, nurturing strategic partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to develop account management strategies and oversee the handling of major accounts.
- Analyze market data and historical sales trends to forecast future sales and set sales budgets.
- Track sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales reports to evaluate individual and team performance. They provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness, identify training needs, and address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and operations, to align sales strategies, share insights, and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate customer records.
The Candidate
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
