Job Description & Requirements
We are currently hiring a Business Analyst/ Test Lead who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and leading the testing efforts to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the review and optimization of existing functional platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies aligning with project goals and business objectives.
- Define testing objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Lead the entire functional testing process, ensuring comprehensive coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and evaluation, excluding HR/line management responsibilities.
- Manage and lead the migration from legacy systems to a new, advanced platform.
- Develop and execute migration plans, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Data & Digital teams to align testing efforts with data and digital initiatives.
- Effectively collaborate with external vendors, ensuring their contributions meet project requirements and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience
- Stakeholder management and navigating a large matrixed organisation.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Collaborative in nature and ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively, and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations.
