- Asst PM in all related project engineering tasks.
- Technical order execution (from order hand over from sales up to delivery).
- Manage project through various stages (basic, detail engineering, cost control) to ensure all contractual requirements (time, quality & cost) are met prior to shipment.
- Review of contractual documents and technical specifications.
- Define technical requirements of mechanical equipment, apparatuses and instruments.
- Prepare equipment data sheets, drawings, plant layout and P&ID.
- Maintain electronic project folders in good order.
- Keep proper record of scope changes (cost impacts) initiated by customer and manage change orders.
- Furnish drawings and documentation to customers as requested in customer’s contract.
- Schedule and coordinate customer inspections (if required).
- Participate in customer meetings as and when required.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers to meet project schedules.
- Compile final documentation to customer to ensure proper installation and orderly start-up of our systems.
