Job Description
- Required to do inspection for all materials and workmanship.
- Make sure that projects are strictly based on contracts and regulations.
- Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure smooth timely delivery of project.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare project schedules, reports catalogues and submissions.
- Manager project contractual terms and conditions.
- Manage project budget on costing materials and labor etc.
- Review monthly Fire Projection Advise with Managers.
- Submit job completion and monthly progress claims.
- Attend Site and Office Meetings and prepare progress report.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Must be accredited with IES and ACES
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
