As the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our corporate offices. You will lead a team of administrative professionals who manage various office services, including company drivers, office supplies and receptionist services. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Oversee operations of the Corporate Office department.
- Create, review, and improve work processes for greater efficiency.
- Manage company office insurance for fire and hazards.
- Manage tenancy agreements for company-owned properties.
- Track department expenditure and prepare management reports.
- Adhere to workplace safety requirements.
- Ad-hoc duties, as required.
