RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating SOX reporting for Tier 1 SOX entity (ensuring timely completion of reporting responsibilities):
- Providing support to the international SOX teams
- Performing Entity Level Controls (ELCs) testing
- Updating process documentation and remediating deficiencies in the international businesses
- Identifying risks and controls gaps, and to design, redesign and evaluate existing compliance measures
- Ad hoc projects – System migration baseline testing; Segregation of duties testing; Implementing controls for changes in business scope
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Qualified accountant or Internal Auditor
- Technically competent (ideally US GAAP) with proven ability to identify misstatements
- Significant audit experience (SOX experience desired but not essential) with knowledge of compliance and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
