Responsibilities:
Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
Updating and maintaining of records required
To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
Liaising with vendors / other departments when needed
Perform other Ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘O’ Level
· Competent in MS Office Applications
· Responsible and highly motivated individual
· Positive Working Attitude
· Independent, meticulous and possess initiative
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
· Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage
· 5-day work week
· Able to start work immediately
