Job Description & Requirements
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Identify/check drawing discrepancies
- Prepare method statements, material requisition
- Project planning & supervisions, M&E cost control
- Project documentation, drawings updating
- Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters & proposals
- Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied
- Site monitoring inspection, liaison with local authorities, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan and procedures method statement.
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works.
- Monitor daily work activity schedules.
- Reports all defects in materials and workmanship, Non-Compliance Report to the Project Manager for corrective, remedial and preventive measures.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
