A Level1 Mechanical , Electrical, Pipe , plumbling (MEPL)company for commercial building
Job scope
· Develop building and warehouse preventive maintenancework plans and ensuring smooth operation of all facilities requirements
· Plan, schedule and coordinate all building/warehouse, mechanical and electrical maintenance programs and upgrading works.
· Prepare cost estimates of repair works, invite quotation with reputable contractor and feedback to management.
· Conduct fire safety drill, ensure HSE (health, Safety, Environment) plans are being adhered to
· Ensure compliance and perform regular audits in areas of operations and facilities, especially with relations to safety
· Ensure ISO standards such as ISO9001 n others are certified and adhered to
· Ensure required QEHS (Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety) trainings are implemented as part of the Company’s training program including training and briefing conducted by QEHS team members
· When there is accident reported, to ensure investigation, closing and reporting are properly submitted.
Requirements:
· 4 years of experience MEP maintenance in warehouse or building
· Degree in Facility Maintenance or equivalent.
