About the Role:
As a Regional Field Service Excellence Manager, oversee operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Travel between both countries is required.
Lead the service department to achieve financial targets and meet customer service expectations. Focus on department sales, profitability, operational performance, rental asset management, staff development, safety, customer service, industrial relations, and recruitment.

Skills and Experience Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
Regional role experience
Team leadership and P&L responsibility
Industrial/Capital Equipment industry experience
Field-based employee management
AS400 system knowledge is advantageous.
Results-driven with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Location: Malaysia Branch Office
Reports To: Country Manager, Singapore & Malaysia
