Responsibilities:
- Project budget and cost control, prepare periodic financial budget report and presentations
- Manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review and update
- Subcontract Procurement, negotiation and preparation for relevant Contract agreement
- Work closely with key members of the project team and liaise with subcontractors accordingly
- General post-award contract administration
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in the construction industry with experience in budget/cost control. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior position
- Possess sound knowledge in budget analysis, risks and opportunities management
- Possess sound knowledge in construction sequencing and building methodology
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
