WHAT WILL YOU DO?


Strategic Planning: Responsible for developing the short to mid term Commercial strategy for the business, while also providing thought leadership in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry; Lead OKR setting process for the region and define key metrics / targets to be measured.

Special Projects: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that help drive business growth, profitability, and competitiveness across our global supply. Conduct experiments across markets to uncover new learnings and eventually scale best practices across the region.

Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, while ensuring that our strategies resonate with our target markets. Synthesise the data and share recommendations on next steps with key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Technology, Sales and Support teams, in order to align on strategies and ensure cohesive execution of business plans

Program Management: Lead and manage programs (e.g. Pricing Policies, Inventory Pre-Purchase etc) across the region in order to meet our business objectives..


WHAT EXPERTISE YOU NEED TO HAVE?

- 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting or in Strategy and Planning type of roles in the ecommerce space (preferably in Online Travel)

- Successful track record in developing & implementing strategies that have lead to incremental business growth

- Stakeholder management skills - you enjoy working with cross functional teams in order to drive business objectives

- Data Proficient - Comfortable with using Excel / BI tools for analysis & reporting; SQL knowledge preferred.

- Excellent communication - you are an effective communicator who is able to influence stakeholders across all levels through the use of data and story-telling

- Proactive & Independent - you should thrive in being given freedom to explore & ultimately delivering results that help improve the business.
