Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop deep customer understanding and the market dynamics to build strong partnerships to expand vaccination access.
- Routine team performance monitoring and updates
- Devise and implement strategic sales plan that expands the business customer base and ensure the company’s strong presence.
- Routinely analyze data to identify business trends, guide decision making
- Ensure team configuration is relevant and optimized to realize business and territory potential
- Enable patient access to vaccinations by leveraging digital technologies
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience by applying analytics to measure performance
- Strengthen brand advocacy
- Demonstrate solid territory management skills and field force effectiveness
- Collaborate effectively with marketing team in planning, organizing and implementing marketing events that are consistent with franchise promotional strategies
- Demonstrate discipline in execution
- Effectively coach to build a high performance team
- Uphold strong work ethics and ensure team's adherence to the relevant code of conduct
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline
- Five plus years of sales experience preferably in a large-scale pharmaceutical company and selling into GP/hospitals
- Three plus years of experience in people management
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of know-how in the market
- Demonstrated record of strong working partnership with Key Opinion Leaders
- Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented
- A team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business tactics
- Attention to detail and an eye for quality
- Structured problem-solving skills, analytical rigor and planning skills
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong customer-focus
- Track record of high performance and achievement of business results.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
