  • Our location is 5 bus stops away from Kranji Mrt station:

Job scope:

  • Setting up appointments with customers and coordinate technical teams on confirmed appointments
  • Generation of invoice/quotation and facilitate customer's payment
  • Inventory management - Purchase items from various suppliers
  • Data entry of sale and purchase invoices, appointment and after sales records, and employee’s overtime and leaves record
  • Handling customer enquiries on various platforms such as whatsapp, email, facebook
  • Reply customer enquiries on whatsapp

Chinese Description

  • 与客户预约并协调技术团队确认预约
  • 生成发票/报价单,方便客户付款
  • 库存管理——从不同供应商处采购物品
  • 买卖发票、预约​​售后记录、员工加班休假记录的数据录入
  • 处理whatsapp, email, facebook等各种平台的客户查询
  • Working hours : 9am - 6pm
  • Monday to saturday
  • working location : 11 Mandai Estate, #05-18
