Responsibilities:
- Handle company lodging
- Data entry e.g. leave application,employment contract
- Arrange monthly Operations and HR meeting.
- Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1 Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
2 Preferably with Minimum 2 years relevant experience in all HR processes.
3 Good knowledge of the Employment Act and other HR Laws in Singapore.
4 Good communication skills. Able to convert clear and concise messages to the Management, team members / key stakeholders and keeping others informed of the progress.
5 Meticulous and detailed orientated. Able to organize and maintain records, and reports to superior.
6 Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with the HR team and other office HR members.
7 Good in problem-solving while exhibiting good judgement and logic.
