- Handling various tasks related to job orders, customer inquiries, and order processing through different communication channels such as email, messages, and phone calls.
- Promptly responding to customer inquiries and efficiently managing customer orders.
- Addressing customer complaints and providing support within the Operations Department.
Job Requirements:
- To be considered for this position, it is preferable to have some experience in the Marine industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office, is required.
- Candidates must have at least completed Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level in Maritime Studies or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is necessary.
- The candidate should be willing to work on a rotating shift basis, with 1 Day ON and 1 Day OFF.
