We are seeking an experienced system implementation coordinator to join our Finance team. This role will play a crucial part in the current implementation of Oracle Netsuite as part of our ERP, integrating with our other current IT platforms. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the system implementation and improvement processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) System implementation
- Good understanding of operational workflow and accounting requirements. Work with system consultants to set up ERP system including sales, purchases, accounting, inventory / costing, CRM and related modules in accordance to business requirements
- Ensure proper integration between systems to ERP
- Ensure proper control over master data, standardization of processes
- Manage and facilitate solutions to resolve user and system issues
- Identify user cases for UAT, execution of UAT to ensure proper roll out of system
- Coordinate discussions and follow up on issues
- Include setting up of invoicing, credit notes, exception reports and other management reports/ customized reports (routine and adhoc)
2) Netsuite Administrator
- Day to day resolution of end user issues
- Ensure proper roles, responsibilities and segregation of duties within ERP
- License issuance and renewal management
3) System maintenance and improvements
- Implement and improve on management reports to monitor performance and KPIs, including costing reports, sales analysis, profitability by products and utilisation rate/productivity of equipments
- Identify system improvement areas, integration issues, automation potentials, to reduce manual work and errors
- Facilitate management budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure proper SOP, compliance and documentation
- Keep up to date with new system functions and developments
4) Others
- Support new business initiatives including new marketing programs, regional roll out of HQ systems and setting up of related companies
- Responsible for moving existing entity from old accounting system to ERP
- Documentation on SOP and processes
- Provide guidance and training to relevant departments
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous hands-on involvement in ERP system implementation
- Excellent ERP user and administration skills
- Familiar with accounting processes and reporting requirements, able to integrate with operational workflows
- Able to work with large datasets and skilled in using data management tools including Power tools (Power Pivot, Power BI), Access
- Excellent spreadsheet, analytical skills and possess good problem-solving capability
- Degree in IT, Accounting or Business Studies with major in Finance or Data Science
- Strong project coordination, time management, and communication skills
- Meticulous and a good team player who can also work well independently
