Training Executive | Education Group | 3 months contract | Renewable / Convertable | Newton
Location: Newton
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advice to staff with regards to course sponsorship terms and conditions and application processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and processes as stated in the training policy.
- Responsible to verify and validate training information and details submitted to corporate training whilst ensuring timely processing of all training applications or nominations received from various staff/department for both external and internal courses.
- Assist with the sourcing, liaising and coordination with external training providers on course registrations, funding, and logistics to ensure the smooth execution of training programmes and/or events.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for internal training programmes such as setting up of classrooms and preparing attendance.
- Support post-learning events such as sending course evaluation forms to participants and collate evaluation results for training improvement purposes.
- Perform housekeeping of training records, including verifying training completion supporting documents and updating of training records on a timely and accurately manner.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of Employee Induction Programme for new staff.
- Participate in regular review of course administrative processes/ training SOPs and provide suggestions to enhance work productivity and streamline administrative processes and procedures.
- Provide support in periodic internal and external audit on training processes, documentation and record-keeping.
- Participate actively in learning projects / events.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or higher in Business Administration / HR / Training & Development, preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in a training capacity.
- Possess good IT skills and knowledge, especially Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
