Vault Dragon is looking to hire scanning assistant to assist in digitising our paper records.
Job Description
· Responsible for digitisation and organisation of records/documents for upload onto cloud document management system
· Work closely with records/document owners to prepare and organise physical records/documents to streamline the scanning process
· Work closely with system expert to ensure digitization equipment are properly set up to ensure smooth deposition of scanned records/documents into system.
Requirements:
· Post-secondary education
· Strong computer knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail
· Able to work independently as well as in a team

Terms:
Salary: 400 to 500 SGD per box scanned
Flexible working arrangement. Must be able to work on weekday for 6 to 8 hours a day for 2 to 3 days a week
