MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Membership
- Follow up with phone calls and emails with members on their request
- Perform daily membership administrative work.
- Conduct Club tour for new potential member.
- Updating membership database to the latest as per request.
- Explore potential businesses/opportunities for the department.
- Assisting Membership department in daily administrative work.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Banquet
- Prepare proposal, confirmation and event orders as required.
- Conduct site inspections for existing and new clients.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- To work alongside with Banquet team to ensure all arrangements are as per request.
- To handle customer dissatisfactions and follow-up on service recovery (where necessary).
- Express and display teamwork and good relations with co-workers and Management.
- Explore potential businesses/opportunities for the department.
- Inspection of Meeting room prior to guest arrival, ensuring that client’s specification are met.
- Assisting Banquet department in daily administrative work.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Room
- Prepare confirmation letter for room booking as required.
- Conduct site inspections for existing and new clients.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
- Weekend & PH availability
