Responsibilities:
- You will spend most of your time answering email enquiries from the public and members. Calls are usually handled by another department.
- When required, call our members to better understand their requests.
- When the need arises, help attend to online chat/social media requests.
- Support marketing efforts by making outbound calls.
Requirements:
- Applicants with no prior experience are welcome!
- Must possess excellent spoken and written English and the ability to speak other local languages is a plus (to liaise with customers)
- Familiarity with computer, cloud and mobile applications is a MUST
- Having a class 3/3A/2B/2A/2 license would be a strong plus
- Basic computing proficiency in office applications
- Priority will be given to Singaporeans
