Director of Procurement
A listed Pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Procurement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To set up the Strategic Supplier Management that aligned with the company's business objectives and compliance standards
- Perform Supplier Identification, conduct thorough evaluations, assess supplier capabilities, reliability, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Develop a high performing team and positively contribute to the culture of the function.
- Create and maintain long term commodity strategies
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain, ensuring a stable and reliable resources comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum tertiary education with Min 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
