Job Responsiblities:
1. Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
2. Process invoices for payments
3. Assist with data entry work for mid-year budget review
4. Other admin duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
• GCE “O” level qualification or its equivalent in English and Mathematics.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good team player with high level of initiative
•have 3 years’ experience in an administrative work environment
