Marketing Intern (Pricing)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team in our Corporate Office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and innovative company that pioneers the future of precision engineering in the steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern specializing in pricing, you will be tasked to do the following:
- Perform data preparation and analysis of pricing database.
- Provide pricing strategy support in the development and implementation of pricing strategies.
- Achieve pricing optimization by conducting price elasticity analysis, customer segmentation analysis, and other pricing analytics or methodologies.
- Part of the internship programme includes a presentation on BRC which could range from doing research on the business, products, marketing, etc and present it to the management team. Interns are allowed to select the BRC topic of their interest. The research and presentation carry 25% of the internship’s overall programme in BRC.
- Involved with other ad hoc projects as assigned such as contributing to special pricing projects or initiatives & understand finance pricing needs and support their objectives.
Requirements
- Candidates must be currently a student attached to our local or private universities in Singapore
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Display enthusiasm, a team player and able to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel and Powerpoint)
- Experienced in Power BI and Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of data flow and concepts is a plus point.
- Interns are required to commit to the full internship schedule.
