We are looking for a Preschool Centre Principal to join our Preschool centre at Choa Chu Kang area!
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the Centre's operations while adhering to industry regulations
- Manage manpower resources of the Centre and oversee the wellbeing of all staff in the Centre
- Manage budget and financial matters for day-to-day operations in the Centre
- Plan and implement curriculum and programmes by driving the design of quality teaching and learning approaches
- Lead the development of strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism and continuous learning within the Centre
- Drive operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in strategic areas such as governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum and pedagogy
- Lead in modelling the Centre’s mission, vision and values
- Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships by leading the strategic design of partnerships and collaborations with families and community stakeholders within the Centre
Requirements:
- L2 Certified by ECDA
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent
