Roles & Responsibilities
· Prepare, cook food and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company standards.
· Ensure that procedures for supplies, equipment, and work areas comply to the established standards.
· Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy always.
· Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace.
· Engage management for any guest issue or complaint.
· Basic housekeeping duties and upkeep of cleanliness of restaurant.
· Adhere to all company service standards and protocols.
· Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.
· Assist in other ad hoc duties when required.
Requirements
· Prior experience (in a high volume environment) is preferred.
· Passion for the food.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude.
· Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
· Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback.
· Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
