Monday to Friday – Full Day [0830hrs to 1800hrs]
Scope of Services
1) Record, compile and tabulate statistics on defects during handing over inspections.
2) Conduct handing over inspection for completed blocks, common properties and precinct works inclusive of landscape comply with HDB’s quality standard.
a. Record defects and comments clearly.
b. Adopt systematic approach during all the inspection.
c. Maintain consistency in the inspection.
d. Conduct thorough check and ensure all major defects are identified.
e. Highlight potential impact to quality defects
3) Conduct construction audits
4) To take and carry out instructions including administrative tasks from the SO Rep.
Qualification, Skill & Experience
i) At least 3 years in the supervision of building projects in Singapore, preferably of architectural trade
ii) Diploma in Engineering (Civil or Structural), Building, Architectural or relevant Diploma by BCA, e.g. Specialist Diploma Architectural Technology (SDAT)
iii) Ability to speak and write well in English
iv) Able to work as a team
v) Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Access.
vi) Good interpersonal skills
vii) Able to check drawings for discrepancies and report to SO Rep
viii) Ensure that building contractor embrace good construction practise to achieve good workmanship
ix) Competent to carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works
