- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the unit's overall direction and strategy, and provide support in managing the affiliated groups to develop their business strategies for the mid to long term. Collaborate with the local management to drive business development (BD) activities in line with the unit's overarching strategy, jointly initiating and implementing BD initiatives.
- Assist in the management of the affiliated groups to develop their financial budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and closely monitor these budgets and KPIs in alignment with the unit's direction. Offer analytical support to the affiliated groups and fulfill any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by superiors.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the responsible group affiliates and the Headquarters, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to internal approval processes. Communicate well with other Units in the organization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in port operations or port industry
- Adaptable to working overseas
