Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute, Coordination, Planning, and formulation of new/existing projects
- Close supervision, Management, and execution of construction works, including monitoring work progress and quality
- Work on building and construction sites to ensure a project completes safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor and direct contractor activities from start to finish and direct
- Supervise the process with a critical eye
- Carry out the execution of the project as per plan
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of works on site to ensure compliance with authorities' and client’s requirements
- To resolve all technical and non-technical issues
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
- At least 10 years related working experience in Building Construction
- Well known in construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Work closely with project team to resolve technical issues
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Need to be stationed at site
- Willing to work 6 days at project site
- Proficiency in English
