- Ensure customer satisfaction are met through high quality and consistent food standards and services.
- Ensure quality relating to presentation, supervision and control of food & beverage service so as to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
- Stock ordering and control.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them.
- Present and process payment bills.
- Responsible for handling staff roosters, annual leave.
- Provide training to new staff.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in any F&B-related field.
- Outgoing, meticulous and service-oriented.
