- Supervise and train room attendants, offering guidance on cleaning techniques, defect reporting, and tracking progress.
- Conduct thorough training sessions for new hires, covering policies, procedures, and equipment use.
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, prepare showrooms for optimal presentation, and create schedules for periodic cleaning programs.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper use of cleaning products and linens, and maintain housekeeping supplies.
- Enforce safety and sanitation policies, interact with guests professionally, and contribute to monthly stock-taking activities.
- Propose suggestions for service quality and operational efficiency, and perform additional tasks as directed by managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- O-Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in Hotel Housekeeping
- Proactive, meticulous and passion for coaching and guiding.
