Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Offer precise and comprehensive information about products/services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns empathetically and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Uphold company policies with a customer-focused approach.
- Fulfill additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of contact center experience (voice and/or non-voice).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Kallang
Working hours: 08.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) and Alternate Saturday 08.00am – 1.00pm
Up to 3 months bonus per year
