.Responsible for overall planning, organisation, direction,
coordination and control of all operations to meet project
objectives and company business plan
.Organize project team and fortify all required positions with
appropriate and competent persons to undertake project
management functions of the project
.Manage and monitor project’s progress to ensure timely
completion of the project
.Provide leadership to the internal project management,
engineer team and external stakeholders involved in the
project
.Lead scheduling and tracking, budgeting and cost control
.Understand and ensure site safety requirements are met
while executing works on site.
.Coordinate the projects tendering and proposal, project
management and procurement and inventory functions of
the constituent units
.Plan skills training and development programmes to
leverage the knowledge and competencies of employees
.Implement the business plan ensuring that they are
executed e*ectively and that continuous e*orts are being
made to re+ne and improve the business
.Building good relations with multiple parties, not limiting to
